CTPAT/PIP SECURITY PROFILE FORM - STEP 1

Polaris Transport Carriers Inc. is a member of the Custom Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT), Partners in Protection (PIP), Customs Self-Assessment (CSA) and the Free and Secure Trade (FAST) programs. Canada, USA and Mexico recognize that a safe and secure supply chain is the most critical part of their work in keeping all our countries safe. For this reason, the border agencies seek a strong antiterrorism partnership with the trade community through CTPAT and PIP. CTPAT/ PIP are voluntary government business initiatives to build cooperative relationships that strengthen and improve the overall international supply chain and the security of the Canadian, US and Mexican borders. Please take a moment to complete and return the following questionnaire indicating your participation or certification in these programs in order that we may continue to comply with the requirements
