Polaris Transport Carriers Inc. is a member of the Custom Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT), Partners in Protection (PIP), Customs Self-Assessment (CSA) and the Free and Secure Trade (FAST) programs. Effective immediately, we require all new accounts to complete our safety survey and credit application in order to set up an account with us. Please take a few moments to fill out the following online forms:
